Main Function

 

The main function of a Horizontal Packaging Machine is to pack the floor tiles by means of a headstock, provided with draught holes. The packaging function is always made horizontally.

Components And Characteristics

Area of group of pieces, where the pieces arrive from the conveyor trains and here it is where they are grouped, by means of a train of strap, before happening to the area where they are placed.

It is possible to ask for a longitudinal wagon and more or less robust elevation depending on the weight of the pieces to pack.
It is possible to ask for a head with turn of 180º for correction of the wedge of the packed pieces.
There is a fixed or tensile headstock and a number of finishing of heads depending on the number of pieces to extract.
Separating pallets zone by means of an elevating platform driven by a pneumatic cylinder and subjection of pallets piled up by pneumatic nails.
The collocation of pallets that are going to be separated depends on the measures of each pallet.
Train of packaging with chains that carries the pallet from the station where pallets are separated to the exit zone where the pallet is already loaded.
It is possible to ask for a packer train with a single or double line of lateral chains depending on the formats of pallet that the client is going to use.
It is possible to ask for a train with hooks to make easier the loading of the pallet.
It is possible to view and change data by means of a touch screen.
