- CONVEYOR TRAINS

According to the client, to the machines installed, FACTORIES PRADILLOS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY has conveyor trains of pieces custom-made. The trains can be of: strap, chains or rollers, all of them motorized. To the change of sense of the pieces, some of the trains have elevating squares driven by pneumatic cylinders destined to this aim.

- WASHING OR VARNISH MACHINE

To make the suitable treatment of certain types of tiles, can be placed a washing machine or a varnish machine before the tiles are palletized. The difference between a washing machine and a varnish machine is that the latter has a pneumatic gun and a cistern of varnish. Besides, the varnish machine does not need to use water. These machines have a certain number of revolving, vertically adjustable heads. Circular brushes are placed inside the heads to clean the floor tiles.

- BASEBOARD CUTTER

This machine is used to transform a whole floor tile into several pieces of skirting board. To make this, the machine has a conveyor belt to carry the pieces from its entrance to its exit as baseboard. This machine also has revolving headstocks of cut, where cut diamond discs are placed to make this function.

- ROBOTIC

In some cases, FACTORIES PRADILLOS, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY uses a robot arm to make the action of packaging instead of using the Horizontal Packaging Machine. To make this, the robot arm has jaws to take the pieces of a conveyor and to place them in a pallet.
