Vertical Feeder
The VERTICAL FEEDER is an alternative automation system to the Horizontal Extractor, as it is to the Vertical Extractor. This machine is used to carry the tiles, after their setting, towards the finishing line. It is usually installed when the Vertical Extractor has been installed at the Press, since the tiles are extracted by the use of a clamp, from the metal pallets loaded with tiles.

Entrance of a metallic pallets tower with already set tiles

Unstacking of metal pallets to go through one by one

Once unstacked, an operator will remove the support brackets and pillars from the pallets

Discharge of the tiles, by the use of a clamp, by depositing them, horizontally on a chain conveyor

Low metal support that served as support for the first row of tiles

Cleaning of the metal pallet by the use of a rotating metal brush located at the entrance of the stacker

Stacking of already unloaded metal pallets to form towers
KEY FEATURES
PALLET UN-STACKER
Unstacking of loaded metal pallets, by the use of a large hydraulic cylinder.
Pallet connection grippers, by pneumatic drive.
Chain pallet conveyors to move to the next area of the machine.
METAL PALLETS
Possibility of choosing between 2 pallet widths, depending on whether 1 or 2 tile rows of 333x333mm and 400x400mm are deposited.
Width sizes available: 700mm and 900mm.
Supplied with final support to prevent overturning of loaded tiles and pillars for stacking.
DISCHARGE CLAMP
Turning the clamp by the use of a rod drive and pneumatic grippers to remove the tiles.
Pneumatic grippers on the upper bridge for fixing the tiles at the stop moment of the pallet.
Tile fall or break detection system.
Chain pallet conveyors to move to the unloading area.
STACKER
Circular metal brush for the pallet cleaning before entering the stacker.
Storage and stacking of empty metal pallets, by the use of a large pneumatic cylinder.
Pallet connection grippers, by pneumatic drive.
Chain pallet conveyors to move to the stacking area.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Complete electrical cabinet, with PLC control, for automatic operation of the entire installation.
Control panel for the operating mode selection and total control of all elements manually.
Approved and integrated safety systems for the protection of machine operators.
