Cross Turnover Machine
The CROSS TURNOVER MACHINE is installed usually after the Calibrating Machine to put the tiles, face up, just before its entrance to the Grinding-Polishing Machine. It is called fixed because it turns over all the tiles that pass through it.
PROCESS
Entrance of the tiles, which come from the Calibrator
Turn every 60º, in order to make a more efficient work
Final turn of 180º of all the tiles to put them face up
Exit of the tiles towards the Polishing Machine, through a roller conveyor

CONFIGURATION
Option to install 1 or 2 independent turning motors, depending on the number of tile rows.
Depending on the total width of the tiles, the useful width of the conveyors will be 600mm or 800mm.
Roller conveyor at the entrance and exit of the machine for the transport of the tiles.
Regulation of the conveyor speed and the machine turn by means of variable speed drives.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Independent control panel to activate the conveyors and the turning motor, in both directions.
Approved and integrated safety systems for the protection of machine operators.
